Community Connections is a service for families with young children living in the suburbs of Lakemba, Wiley Park and Punchbowl that employs 3 bilingual workers.

Through group activities and individual family support we seek to connect families to services and the local community and to promote the health and wellbeing of the children.

Last year over 300 families used the service and 15 distinct activities or groups were provided.

Most groups are provided in partnership with other services so as to provide better resourced programs and to utilise the language skills and cultural knowledge of our staff.
